AT&T Store

Staff was very patient answering questions and helping me find the perfect phone to use when I have arthritis in my hands. Harder to use phone during flare ups, together we narrowed it down to three, then I made the final selection. Thank you Cody for time and patience. Also Jeff the day before explaining my plans to me for my family. This guys are really great. This is part of the reason I'm still with AT&T.

I had an amazing experience at this store! From the start I felt welcomed in by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Terrible customer service tonight. Sat in the store for over 20 minutes just to get a couple replacement protector screens. Service was busy with a customer. Once finished essentially ignored us as we sat there. When she finally came over we showed her the screen protectors that we needed. She went in the back, came out and took another phone call. Left us sitting there not even acknowledging our existence. Whole situation was strange as we couldn’t figure out if she was ever going to come back and actually help us. After sitting there for over 20 minutes she said “I can’t help you tonight”. Complete and utter waste of time. Terrible customer service.

Worked with Luke and we were in and out in a timely manner. Given beyond 5 star service, and made us feel warm and welcome throughout the entire interaction! Will be coming only here for my AT&T needs and I am from Colorado visiting.

If I had a better experience in my life, I can’t remember when ! In a day & age people seek a responsible intelligent customer service and personal, Luke at AT&T is the consummate professional! Your company is in great hands! The world needs more Luke’s !!!
